5 xbox games you actually will enjoy together

5 xbox games you actually will enjoy together. Keeping family connection and fun times can actually be done while around the xbox believe it or not! Picking games that require more than a isolating one player game means the family can choose to connect on family game nights with some really fun games depending on the age. Here are five of our picks.

1. FRUIT NINJA CONNECT 2

4/5 stars. Age 7+

Fruit Ninja

Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 is a downloadable motion-control game, you will need a Kinect sensor bar to play. If you have the fruit ninja game app you'll know it's all about chopping fruit (and not bombs!) with your Ninja skills. Be prepare to work up a bit of a sweat as you use your ninja skils to chop fruit with arm chopping movements, instead of your finger on the screen like in the phone app.  Be sure to miss the bombs that show up as they will explode and destroy all the fruit currently on the screen.  Kids can play with up to three friends or family members, making for a fun and positive social experience -- just be sure to allow space between you all so you don't knock someone out with your fine ninja skills.

4. OVERCOOKED

4/5 STARS. Aged 8+

Overcooked is a downloadable arcade game that really needs to be played by more than one person at the same time, even though there's a single-player segment. 5. LEGO STARWARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS

5/5 STARS. Aged 10+

undefined

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is an action/adventure game that combines the characters and stories from the Star Wars universe with Lego. The game's Story mode follows and expands on the events of the movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The game also features a range of other characters and vehicles from the numerous other Star Wars movies, comics, and more. There is violence in the form of blasters, vehicle weapons, and even lightsabers and force powers, but the content is presented in a cartoonish, comical manner. There's occasional use of the word "hell" in the game, and while it's easy to grasp the basics of the game, some of the newer puzzles and multi-use sections may need a bit of planning to figure out.
